Is there a minimum hire requirement?
During the summer months a minimum hire quantity is likely to apply. However we will do our best to help so please still get in touch with your requirements and we will let you know.
Where do you supply your facilities?
We supply our event toilet and shower facilities to anywhere in the UK, even abroad! We have a fantastic range of products that are easily transported, so you can experience luxury anywhere! We’ve transported and installed equipment as far away as South America and Japan before.
Do you offer long-term hire?
Yes, we regularly install equipment for bespoke installations over a long period of time. Our event range of toilets and showers are suitable for long term use over the summer or winter. The ZooVac modular range is able to be built into structures or buildings to offer a semi-permanent solution. The ZooLoos team will be able to advise you on a suitable solution with bespoke long-term hire rates.
Do you supply toilet paper, hand towels and other necessities?
We will supply all the consumables you require. Our friendly ZooLoos team can advise on quantities for larger events, we just need as much detail as possible about attendance numbers and opening hours. For larger events, we can even supply steel storage containers to keep everything safe and dry. Our team will reconcile usage after each event so you only pay for what you use.
How far in advance do I need to reserve equipment?
As a leading supplier of major events we are usually booked up far in advance, particularly during the summer months. However, there is no minimum timeframe so if you need anything in an emergency, last minute, or have been let down by another supplier then do get in touch and we’ll do everything we can to help.
What if I have a problem onsite?
For large, short-term installations, such as festivals and corporate events, a trained engineer will usually stay onsite to remedy any issues. Our ZooLoos team will advise a suitable quantity of engineers based on our event experience. They’re there to ensure everything operates correctly and will liaise with other contractors onsite such as power, waste and water to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Do I need to prepare anything for the delivery of your equipment?
We like to let you just sit back and relax, but there are a few things we will check with you before we arrive at the site. In the planning phases our ZooLoos team will confirm everything you need to be aware of, such as access and plant requirement. They will also advise what power and water needs to be provided. Don’t worry, if anything isn’t straightforward just let us know and we will find a solution.
Do you have facilities for accessible guests?
Yes we do. We have easy access units available, in keeping with our range of equipment.
What happens to the waste?
There are various options for waste, we can either utilise mains drainage or provide holding tanks. For larger events where specialised waste contractors are present we can liaise with them and ensure our system integrates with what is being provided.
How do you offload the units?
A telehandler or forklift is usually the best method to offload and position units. However our modular Zoovac range uses a specialised trolley to manoeuvre units into a marquee, through standard doors, without damaging the flooring. We work with specialised transport suppliers so if the location requires anything specific, such as a HIAB, then this can be arranged.
