Lost Village Festival

Lost Village has been a key part of ZooBells’ story since 2018. What began with just 80 bell tents has developed year on year and today we deliver over 500 glamping structures across the site, from Bell Tents and Safari Tents to Tipis with En-suites and our flagship Nest units.
As the festival has grown, so has our role. Alongside the glamping accommodation, we oversee the reception and concierge services hosting more than 3,200 guests across the four day event. With 1,195 structures on site and a highly detailed layout, careful planning and a smooth guest journey are essential to keeping everything running seamlessly.
Our focus has always been on delivering a comfortable, luxurious stay that enhances everything Lost Village has to offer. From high quality glamping accommodation to a warm and stress free check in, our team ensures guests feel looked after from the moment they arrive.

RHS Chelsea Flower Show

Since 2022, I’ve led Zoo Events Group’s delivery of all washroom infrastructure for the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, covering West Avenue, Main Avenue, Ranelagh Unisex & Ladies, and the Hospitality Structure. In total, our team installs 144 pans and 45 vanities, all of which are operated on a Jets Vacuum system. This produces a water saving of approximately 4 million litres of water when compared to traditional full flush toilets, bolstering the sustainability credentials of the event.
Our installation and facilities management span a five week period. During this time, we coordinate every aspect of the setup, working closely with the site team to ensure all logistics integrate seamlessly with broader event operations. A dedicated three person team remains onsite from open until close on every event day, ensuring consistent, high-quality service.
One of the Zoovac system’s greatest advantages is operational resilience. Its efficiency in restricted spaces enables us to maintain 100% operational capacity across all facilities, even under constant, high-pressure usage, ensuring reliability throughout the show.
I’m proud to consistently deliver our product to a high standard while continually adapting to the challenges this event presents. Chelsea is one of the most demanding events in the calendar, particularly in terms of site access and sheer visitor volume (around 165,000 people across five days). Operating seamlessly and working closely with the RHS team is paramount. Being able to deliver at such a high standard for so many years is a real achievement.
Winter Wonderland is in full swing and our systems are making a difference behind the scenes – supplying smart, sustainable toilets that keeps thousands of guests comfortable and operations running smoothly. Since introducing our vacuum toilets in 2022, we’ve continued to refine and enhance the setup each year.
The ZooLoos team is back at Cheltenham Racecourse, installing our premium ZooVac units for one of the biggest events in the racing calendar. This year, we’ve doubled our kit to meet the demands of an already massive event.
We’re excited to introduce the Safari Tent, brand new for our 2025 glamping accommodation range.

Hyde Park Winter Wonderland 2025
This season, we’re providing just over 200 vacuum toilets, 36 urinals and a range of accessible units across 7 areas. It’s exciting to see our units continue to play a key role in supporting one of London’s most iconic winter experiences.
Our vacuum toilets don’t just keep things running efficiently, they also support Winter Wonderland’s sustainability goals by saving millions of litres of water each year, helping to minimise environmental impact.
At an event of this scale, strong communication and collaboration with partners across water, waste and other essential services ensures seamless operations.

The Biggest Event in the Racing Calendar
With years of experience at Cheltenham and other major events, we safely and efficiently install toilets in any location. This week, our team has been working on the third floor, managing a live edge with expert staff using harnesses, forklifts and other safety equipment.

The Evolution of Zootopia
Back in 2013, ‘glamping’ was still a fresh concept with only a few campsites around.
The first couple of years featured our vacuum cabins and shabby chic styling units, but as we grew in popularity, we expanded the experience by bringing in a catering company and bar, plus on-site glamping so guests could stay with us and skip the chaos of general camping.
After the challenges of Covid and a two-year Glasto break, we rebranded in 2022 and Zootopia was born. Now in 2025, we’re still pushing forward, introducing a dedicated Wellness Space with saunas, plunge pools, massage treatments and yoga sessions, plus loads of new brand partnerships and entertainment.
After more than a decade of collaboration, Goodwood has once again demonstrated its satisfaction in our service by placing its trust in us for another three years, appointing us as the sole supplier of internal modular toilets across all of its flagship motorsport events.
It’s always a privilege to play a part in such world-class occasions and we look forward to the years ahead.
10 Years at Zoo Events Group
Earlier this month, Lauren hit an incredible milestone – 10 years at Zoo!
Lauren was one of the very first employees at Zoo and has been a driving force behind our evolution over the last decade. From starting as an office admin assistant to becoming our Chief Operating Officer, Lauren has worn many hats and played a pivotal role in shaping who we are today.
Her journey has seen her streamline operations, strengthen our accountancy and HR functions and help us grow into the professional and dynamic company we’ve become.
Much of Lauren’s dedication happens behind the scenes, but her impact is felt in every corner of Zoo. Quite simply, we wouldn’t be where we are now without her hard work, vision and commitment.
