Maintenance Supervisor
Full Time, £34,000 – £36,000
We’re looking for individuals with relevant technical and/or professional qualifications in maintenance (carpentry, electrical or plumbing) and experience in a supervisory role.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and support the maintenance team, which can vary between 2-6 staff, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently, whilst collaborating with and reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager.
– Allocate and monitor daily maintenance tasks, ensuring accuracy and competence.
– Oversee technical maintenance and repair works of equipment. This will include hands-on tasks performed by yourself.
